Tonight was supposed to be our Black Sheep Knitting Guild meeting but it was cancelled due to the snowy weather. I was looking forward to it, too, because we were going to find out what our Sneaky Sheep exchange item is supposed to be, plus my friend Harriet was going to demo crochet edges. Darn. Maybe next month. In the meantime I spent the day knitting the rest of my second sleeve for the Caddy Cardigan. Now I need to block the pieces, sew them together and then knit the button bands and neck edge. If all goes well, it will be done by the weekend -- 3 weeks start to finish. It would have been done sooner if I hadn't done so much cleaning around the house, piecing a quilt block, and been looking for a job. Geez!

Yeah I was looking forward to it too! My last "official" duty! Hopefully we can make it up next week, we had lots of stuff to talk about

Missed having the meeting & was looking forward to Harriet's demo. But it was nice to stay in & watch the snow fly while knitting by the fire...
Wow, knitting by the fire - sounds wonderful. I just knit in front of the tv - LOL.
And I was all prepared for the crochet demo too.
Suzanne - can't wait to see your sweater. It's going to be gorgeous!
