Today at work I had to show everyone the pictures of baby Denver on my smartphone. Not the best quality but that's all I had at the hospital yesterday. Now I can share better shots taken with my Nikon camera tonight.
I headed out of the office today and went straight to the oil change shop where I found out the last place I went to was a complete farce. The oil filter was barely hanging on and some other part was stripped out and had to be replaced. I used their complimentary car wash coupon and I was on my way up to the hospital. Surprisingly it didn't take me all that much longer than yesterday and this was in rush hour traffic.
Without further adieu, may I present my beloved Denver:
Denver slept 6 hours last night! I think all the activity of the day and all of the visitors just wore the little fellow out. Holly finally got rid of the nausea that made her so miserable yesterday. We went for a little walk around the floor. Four new babies were born there today. It's a tiny hospital so there's plenty of individual attention for everyone.
It is truly amazing how much love you can have for someone you barely know!
P.S. Joyce -- they put a lot of air in my tires!
