Shaping Up

If you're like me, you've got a few areas on your body that could use some toning.  OK, in my case, everything needs toning!  I found a cool website to assist with that.  Or at least it gives me ideas -- now I need to execute them!

I just started a basic yoga routine...and I mean basic! There's one move...the spider... that just about cripples me! I used to be a gym rat...and I was in good shape. But, I've gotten very far away. I guess a little a day will make some difference...right?
