Yesterday was a crazy day at the office. It was our annual Take Our Daughters And Sons to Work Day. The noise was unbearable at times since my cubicle is located beside the main conference room, where they met and played games. Why did they think it was okay to run up and down the hallway? Yippee. The best part of the day was this:
I hate to break it to you but that's not a real beagle. It's Georgia, my poor co-worker, stuck inside an insanely hot costume for hours while 'charming' little 8-12 year olds stood beside her for a photo. I know there's at least one co-worker besides me who's glad that event is over.
I finished washing my new woven scarf and it dried yesterday at the office. I took a couple of photos on my phone:
I'm very pleased with the way scarf turned out. I've learned a lot and can't wait to start the next one!

Your scarf is amazing! It looks like you've been weaving forever! I can't wait to see what you'll produce in a month or two....watch out!
