Door to Door Organics

I knew that this week's box had Rainbow Chard in it again so I ordered two extras things for my box -- crushed tomatoes and cannelini beans.  I'm going to make the White Bean Stew I love so much.

I used the potatoes along with the carrots from the last box for tonight's beef pot roast dinner.  I ordered a few extra things in this box besides the canned goods -- jalapeno peppers, cilantro, a lemon, and the butternut squash.  I've really been enjoying the squash.  I'm not sure how it never made it to my table before I started getting these yummy boxes full of fresh produce.
