Door to Door Organics

I just love getting my bi-weekly box of fresh, organic produce.  Even though Door to Door Organics sends me a  heads-up email the Friday before the Tuesday delivery, I still love to break open the box and see what sort of goodies await.  

And here is what they sent as my bonus:

Yep, a turnip.  I don't think I've ever bought a turnip.  I've eaten them a time or two.  Now I need to cook this one up.  What should I do with it???
